Promote sales and customer satisfaction among current customers and prospective customers at dioceses, churches, schools, bookstores and with individuals through phone and emails. Selected candidate would work in St. Louis, MO, office. No travel.


  • Must possess knowledge of Catholic faith and parish life. This includes knowledge of how parishes work, how catechetical and religious education programs work, and the requirements of certain programs (sacramental preparation, RCIA, etc.).
  • Strong telephone sales skills and ability to close the sale.
  • Working from scripts that describe products or services in order to persuade potential customer to purchase products.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement.
  • Develop and build relationships with the parishes/schools.
  • Recommend products that best fit the needs of individual pastoral leaders.
  • Process call notes and orders in the contact management system.

Minimum Education:  A working knowledge of contemporary Catholic parish life and religious education required. Proficient in English and Spanish (both verbal and written communication), preferred, but not necessary.


Minimum Experience:  At least two (2) years strong telephone sales experience required. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and experience with contact management program. Good people, communication and phone skills.
