SALES COORDINATOR

Part-time position – 25 hrs. per week

 

By supporting sales representatives and the VP, Director of Sales by coordinating sales-related activities within the company, helps sales teams achieve their sales targets by providing analytical reports.

 

MAIN TASKS

  • Retrieve weekly information; arrange and combine information so that it is represented in pdf files for sales reps and administrative personnel; and process annual reports each fall.
  • Analyze reports regularly to track progress for each territory and for the country, to identify trends, and to assist in strategic planning.
  • Weekly and Monthly Telemarketing Reports for all Bayard projects.
  • Help sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling by providing a variety of support services.
  • Process of payment for per diem expenses.
  • Maintain office sales product is current and order new product when needed.
  • Activate product entered into contact management system. Deactivate when a product is no longer available.
  • Order supplies for USPS shipments; package and create FedEx mailing labels as needed for shipments.
  • Proofreading as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED.  Some accounting or analytical experience helpful.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years in similar or related experience.
  • Excellent Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
  • General understanding of affiliate marketing programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
